XXL set?

The 8277.  It's discontinued this year, or so it seems.

Hmm. too bad. the half-price SAH should have been a clue to me :)
Anyway, I bought 2 in the last couple days - 20 16x beams, like 7 or 8
#12 axles,veritable holey-bag-loads of small parts, including a
handful of friction pegs, and plenty of those 3 long friction pegs
with a washer at the end. Also some 6 2*16 black plates, and a few red
and green 4x beams. On the motto "If K'nex can do it, Technic can",
I'm building a metre+ long helicopter. The main rotor blades are 70
studs long, and the entire thing will be around 130 odd studs * 30 or
so wide, and a mere 40 high. So.. anyone else have any success with
anything like this? :)
