Your little series got me into actually buying a lego advent calendar for
myself yesterday - I just HAD to get that cute little Santa minifig. (Making
it the first advent calendar I ever bought for myself - what with being 34
now and son on). Since we're more than halfway through it already, I made a
deal with myself that I would just open two doors each day, and three on
SATs and SUNs as well as the first and the last days - figuring I'd get my
little Santa today.
But my calendar is all mixed up; there was no Santa on day 2 and I got
different parts for the other days I've opened so far too (1, 2, 3, 15 and
16). Also it was not packaged wrong, each polybag shows the corresponding
day number.
These are the models I got so far:
1) a little biplane complete with landig gear (13 pieces)
2) snowman (11)
3) a speedboat (only 7 parts)
15) a little pixie fairy or angel, complete with magic wand (12)
16) a little plane or hovercraft (12 pieces)
(not easy identifying this one, though I got a nice alternative fighter
plane)
Are there actually different calendars sold in different parts of the
world? (Or did I get one left iver from last year :-?) I might understand,
if they'd put Santa on day 6 (since Dec 6th is Santa Claus' day over here in
Europe) - I'll know on saturday, but the other parts leave me a bit
confused.
Anyway , thanks Thomas and Hari for your series and keep up the good work!
Anxiously awaiting further installments -
Axel Poqué
P.S.: No, I won't even consider opening doors in advance to see which set is
where!
