Re: Help! How do you put an image inside of a post?!?

(...) Good advice. Alsco consider reviewing the FTX quick ref (URL) card> or the FTX (URL) guide> and the FTX (URL) faq> FTX is pretty slick and pretty easy once you get the hang of it.   Re: Help! How do you put an image inside of a post?!?

(...) Hi Bill, One way to learn about it is to look at a post that does the kind of thing you want to do. In the upper right corner there is a thing that says "view raw message", which if you click it, will show you the inner workings of the post, (...) (21 years ago, 12-Mar-05, to lugnet.general, FTX)

G.M.L.T.C. to display at La Crosse & Three Rivers Model Railroad Show

The Greater Midwest LEGO Train Club will be showing this weekend at the La Crosse & Three Rivers Railroad Club 24rd Annual Model Railroad Show.   Re: LEGO-related blogs?

Re: "Ads by Goooooogle" at Brickshelf?

(...) Mine aren't in Swedish, unless I'm greatly mistaken about what Swedish looks like... :-) Not that I see any conspiracy necessarily, just good use of public info. (21 years ago, 10-Mar-05, to lugnet.general)

Re: "Ads by Goooooogle" at Brickshelf?

(...) Hmmmm. Their AdSense pages only seem to mention page content in regards to ad targetting, but it's not very detailed. It's possible it may also have access to HTTP request information, which it may be able to use to target ads too. ROSCO (21 years ago, 10-Mar-05, to lugnet.general)

Re: "Ads by Goooooogle" at Brickshelf?

(...) At a guess, your browser submits some limited information about you that google's using. What OS you're running, what language you prefer, your IP address, what browser you're using. I also wouldn't be suprised if some browsers out there spat (...) (21 years ago, 10-Mar-05, to lugnet.general)

  "Ads by Goooooogle" at Brickshelf?

I'm a little concerned about the boxes with "Ads by Goooooogle" that shows in my browser at Brickshelf and other sites. As they make ads with Swedish topics, there seems to be some kind of intelligence behind them(?), targeting the ads in a creepy (...) (21 years ago, 10-Mar-05, to lugnet.general)

Re: Cool new Lego sculptures at ToysRUs.... Wait a minute, is that?!?!?

(...) Well, I can't speak with any certainty of Mega Blocks parts, since I have NO idea what they make one way or the other.... (...) Nice photo. The warrior is new style, but that TRU had a life-size bronze knight sculpture from the first wave of Dragons (2002).   LEGO-related blogs?

I saw this post today: (URL) included a link to a LEGO-related blog. I'm sure Bruce can't be the only one writing about LEGO in his blog.   Cool new Lego sculptures at ToysRUs.... Wait a minute, is that?!?!?
