One thing I'm trying to do is actually get a project built *before* hitting BrickLink. I often find myself building something - then I cannot finish it because of lack of parts. So I go to BrickLink and drop $20 on parts. By the time the parts (...) (22 years ago, 8-Oct-04, to lugnet.general)

Funny you should ask. Unfortunately, I have not been able to put nearly the time into my LEGO hobby that I would like. I'm quite dedicated to my family and professional life. I do a lot of playing with my 4 year old & 6 month old girls. We often (...) (22 years ago, 8-Oct-04, to lugnet.general)

I'm actually not really sure where this would go, so I took my best guess. At the LEGO Roadshow in Dallas (and most likely at all the other Roadshow locations), there were displays of creations by LEGO employees. In particular, there was this one (...) (...) The 4x3 Minitalia window is a single molded part, and it is impossible to insert a glass. Moreover the shutters are a little bit bigger than the normal Lego shutters, you can't change them each others. About those windows, and the whole (...) On the second one - is the window one piece, or is it a seperate mullion piece inserted into the 4x3 frame? This is one way TLC could (...)
