I wish there will be PaB's in Europe (please in the Netherlands, too, cause that's where I live). Last month I visited Legoland in Billund, Denmark. There is also a PaB, where you pay by weight. I am a big fan of Google News ((URL) You can use it to set up "news alerts" that send out an e-mail when a certain keyword is found in news stories (say, LEGO). For panels, grab a World City train or two, it's loaded. For smaller parts, go after the smaller Mini Star Wars sets. To my knowledge, there are currently no smoke/trans-black radar dishes.
