After joining in on the fun of Mike Rayhawk's BrikWars session at BricksWest, I decided I want to try out running a BrikWars game of my own with some of my friends. (...) It seemed to me that getting the hang of plotting took a few turns for most people and then they could mostly do it in their sleep. Another point re: dedicated rooms. I had dedicated a significant amount of luggage space to piratical decor, almost none of which got used because there was both no time to put it up and no place to put it. Such nonsense DOES add to the experience (...) (23 years ago, 2-Mar-02, to lugnet.gaming)

At BricksWest, Steve and I had some discussions about the game rules. One thing Steve has been trying to come up with is a way to eliminate plotting moves since this slows down the game the most.
