(...) Thanks for the reply Frank. Though I read the previous posts on BrickFest, your reply helped elucidate some details. Now I wonder how I can get a hold of the DVD! I did not see any details posted on it (perhaps I missed it). (19 years ago, 15-Aug-05, to lugnet.events.brickfest)

More future product information than ever before ("Technic palette by mid next year" [per Larry's post in lugnet.trains] - no more of Brad's canned response of "No theme is dead."). (...) (...) | | Brickfest 2005 Questions
|

I was wondering if someone could help with the following questions: 1. were there any new products previewed (like last year) 2. there was a S@H code provided to buy some bulk items at a good discount, were there any such thing this year? 3. Any (...) (19 years ago, 15-Aug-05, to lugnet.events.brickfest)

Congratulations and thanks to everyone on the BrickFest team. I didn't get to stay as long (or arrive as early) as I would have liked, but I enjoyed every minute I was there. (...) On a related note, is there going to be Webcams set up as in previous years? They're one of the consolations to not attending the Fest. (...) I would imagine that costs aren't fixed from year to year, such as facilities, services, and administration. The price of facilities rental alone in the Washington D.C. suburbs has increased at almost the same pace as the real estate. (19 years ago, 9-Aug-05, to lugnet.events.brickfest, FTX)
