Congratulations and thanks to everyone on the BrickFest team. I didn’t get to
stay as long (or arrive as early) as I would have liked, but I enjoyed every
minute I was there.
One small suggestion for next year: I think BrickFest has outgrown its current
digs. It was fine during the closed registrants-only times, but during the
public expo, it was a madhouse. :) The GBC in particular needs a much bigger
room, ideally with risers so that folks in the back can see; and the onsite LEGO
store (which was a great idea) needs a room at least twice as big as what it had
this year. (Hopefully, they’ll manage to bring a second cash register, too --
they couldn’t take the money as fast as people wanted to dish it out!)
