  Re: Connection speeds at home

(...) I think a lot of people would. In previous years at BF/BW I (or Ahui in one case) took email and lugnet posted questions to be relayed to Brad when he was in Q/A mode. Seeing your question actually spoken and answered would be even better, ne? (...) (21 years ago, 19-Jul-03, to lugnet.events, lugnet.events.brickfest)

(...) I care. I won't watch because I'll be there... But I think it's nifty that you offer. Not sure how representative my stuff is...   Plans changed--need roomie for Brickfest!

Everybody, I just had some plans fall through for my lodging at Brickfest. My NLSO was going to go with me, but a recent series of events have caused her not to be able to come (no, it's not a breakup/dumping). Looks like I'm going to be getting to (...)   Re: Castle Will be Big at Brickfest?

(...) I think it would be cool to see some custome Harry Potter type Castles. Or at least some castles that utilize a lot of the newer Harry Potter pieces. I miss my days of building castles and such. Now I seem to put all effort towards trains and (...) (21 years ago, 17-Jul-03, to lugnet.castle, lugnet.events.brickfest)

Re: BF 2003 LTC Container swap call for participation

Being that the NILTC is an 8-wide train club I would personally rather build 6 stud wide 24 plus stud long containers verses the LEGO company’s version of 4 studs wide 8 studs long. The 8-wide train version is more realistic and provides more room (...) (21 years ago, 16-Jul-03, to lugnet.events.brickfest, lugnet.trains, lugnet.trains.org)

Re: BF 2003 LTC Container swap call for participation

(...) I know Robin W. did a great chart on what clubs had what at one time, maybe he can make that public. I think it would be a great help in figuring out what clubs need what.   Re: BF 2003 LTC Container swap call for participation

I better put an oar in. I asked Rob to coordinate this rather than trying to do it myself because I've got a pretty full plate and because he's from a club that wasn't in on the first one... I appreciate him stepping up to this task! (...) I asked (...) (21 years ago, 16-Jul-03, to lugnet.events.brickfest, lugnet.trains, lugnet.trains.org)
