What would everyone think about making the Moonbase passageways 6 wide? I and other members of my LUG have found this size to be very usefull. You can even make adapters to fit a 6 wide to a regular 4 wide. Otherwise, we'll have to designate each (...) (21 years ago, 6-Jun-03, to lugnet.events.brickfest, lugnet.space, FTX)

(...) We used that standard at NWBrickCon and it worked great. The example picture he gaved essentially used a 8-stud grid that has track lying along borders between bases. At NW BrickCon we had monorail track at +0, +10, and +20 (and even a small amount at +30 I think). +20 was necessary to clear most modules since it turns out it's easiest to just run the track whereever. (...) I think the NWBrickCON guys just had the monorail track set to a height of two of the large black pedestal pieces. I was thinking along the lines of a standard height and placement for the track within the module, so that it would hookup with track from adjacent modules without problem. Hello all, would anyone be intrested in having an RC racer contest.. I'm not sure what this would be quite yet, my thoughts are to use a portion of the GMU parking lot (on the Saturday or Sunday) and set up race course, either an oval, or an actual (...) So we know that 13 people can build a Star Destroyer in a few hours... We have seen amazing creations come out of the minds of many... How would people feel if we held a brick-olympics of sorts.
