Re: NILTC first show a success!

Joel, I really loved your layout for the show! The building architecture was really very nice, but it's the little details I enjoyed the most: the billboard ads, the women in skirts, the gaggle of nuns, the cobblestone in the park, the mods on those (...) (...) Nun1: "Hey sister, soul sister!" Nun2: "Go sister, go sister," <motorcyclists appear and snatch Nun1's purse> Nun3: "Hey sister! Go! Sister!" Nun2: "Better get that dough, sister!"   Re: GFLTC at SMRC Palmetto Train Show w Super Chief

(...) The power came from the coach right after the second Super Chief and that did contribute to the problem as the Super Chief is a little top heavy and a motor would help in stability. (...) (...) I dunno, I just got back from the north burbs and I paid 150 a nite for Marriott Suites in Deerfield, and that was a corporate (discounted) rate. Maybe in Joliet, but who wants to stay there? ++Lar (24 years ago, 25-Feb-02, to lugnet.events)

  Re: Frank's big BricksWest adventure

(...) Hmm, what about St. Louis? Are there enough, or actually, any people in that area? Just a thought. A MidWest-Fest would be great, I'd certainly love going, and would have a good chance of making it if it was early in the fall (September, or (...) (24 years ago, 25-Feb-02, to lugnet.events)

  Re: Frank's big BricksWest adventure
