Re: Stuff I'd like to see...

(...) Dont apologise. You, and the rest of the AFOL community needs to be harsh. TLC, WAKE UP, and smell the coffee! Forget the other junk you are trying to make that kids are not interested in. You cannot even get near to competing. Just make some (...) (25 years ago, 17-Mar-00, to lugnet.dear-lego)

Re: Speeding up the Shop-at-Home ordering process

(...) I know what my customer number is. My experience has been that if I get one of the "old hands" at the real service, giving my customer number can help, somewhat. If I get the overflow service, it just confuses them. But most of the old hands (...) (25 years ago, 17-Mar-00, to lugnet.dear-lego)

(...) Exactly!!! Lego, the percent of your customer base that buy your watches/video/ games/play sets because they find them superior to Swatch (do kids still wear those???), Sega, Barbie, even Tonka, etc. is negligible at best. Not to offend, but (...) (25 years ago, 17-Mar-00, to lugnet.dear-lego)

(...) I ordered something on December 31st, and Y2K must have struck because my info. was no longer in the system, and we had to go imput it all again, and the operator couldn't seem to find any record of me, though I had ordered a month prior. But (...) (25 years ago, 17-Mar-00, to lugnet.dear-lego)

Speeding up the Shop-at-Home ordering process

Dear LEGO Everytime I call LEGO Shop-at-Home I end up spending two minutes or so going over my name, address, phone number, credit card number, etc. This information almost never changes, and several times I've asked if there isn't just a simple (...)   Re: Elements I'd like to see...

Speaking of service packs that I would love to see... after spending countless hours trying to make custom minifigs, I have come to the conclusion that 95% of all minifigs have yellow hands. It would be great if Lego sold replacement hand sets. (...) (25 years ago, 16-Mar-00, to lugnet.dear-lego)

  Re: Old sets

(...) Definatly a good idea. Especially for trains. Come on, TLG build something that accually looks remotly like a train that really exists, not this 4560/4561 garbage.
