I know what my customer number is. My experience has been that if I get one of
the "old hands" at the real service, giving my customer number can help,
somewhat. If I get the overflow service, it just confuses them.
But most of the old hands at the real number know me (by reputation?) anyway,
although my order volume has falled off somewhat lately.
