Re: What's the Basplate in 928?

(...) Looks like the case. Upon getting home I checked: #1 (3 URLs) 1979 - 1980 or 1981? #2: 1981 or 1982? - 1983 #3: 1983 - 1990 - Brickshelf scans of the 1979 catalog show 454 with baseplate #1, and it looks like the scanned set top on Lugnet also (...)   Re: What's the Basplate in 928?

(...) Although I'm not sure if I own 454 or 306 (or something else), I do own 1 set of landing plates (probably purchased for me between 1982 and 1984), and I'm 99% certain that they're the 2nd type of baseplate shown. I don't believe I've ever seen (...) (22 years ago, 22-Nov-02, to lugnet.db.brictionary)

  What's the Basplate in 928?

I'm confused. Looking at the instruction scans, it appears that the baseplate in 928, 497, 306, and 454 is (URL) then where does this baseplate appear (URL) (Yes, Peeron has problems here. . .working on that. . .) Is this one of those dread cases (...) (22 years ago, 22-Nov-02, to lugnet.db.brictionary)

  Bag info on Peeron?

I just noticed that the bag information is not listed anymore on the Peeron set inventories (instead the pieces are agreggated together). While I concur that this is probably more useful to most people most of the time (in fact the only reason I (...) (22 years ago, 22-Nov-02, to lugnet.db.inv)

Re: Peeron crosses 2000 inventory mark!

(...) As a side-note on this issue, it's further complicated by the fact that it depends on when the 6285 was bought in the U.S. First-year U.S. sets DID have shooting cannons. I have a 6274 Caribbean Clipper and a 6276 El Dorado Fortress bought in (...) (22 years ago, 18-Nov-02, to lugnet.db.inv)

Re: Peeron crosses 2000 inventory mark!

I think the issue below is one that bothered me a great deal doing inventories of the pirate sets. Many of those sets were done across the change in minifig heads from solid to hollow studs. That means that one MISB set 6285 could have part number (...) (22 years ago, 18-Nov-02, to lugnet.db.inv)

Re: Peeron crosses 2000 inventory mark!

(...) I agree 100%, it is only an issue if it is done from instructions. (...) A MISB set is of course to prefer, but in my opinion inventories done from instructions are necessary to fill out the gaps. If someone afterwards verifies the inventory (...) (22 years ago, 14-Nov-02, to lugnet.db.inv)

  Peeron crosses 2000 inventory mark!

Been a while since our last post [1], but we've added more than 500 sets since then, and now have more than 2000 sets inventoried! Hello, Does anyone know what sets this part came from in Dark grey? (URL) have one or two (need a few more)....but can't seem to figure our where they came from. I checked Peeron....nada. Any assistance is appreciated. Thanks Jonathan (22 years ago, 24-Oct-02, to lugnet.db.inv)

  DkGray 'Technic Axle Pin' ?

Looking at peeron, I see that <part:3749 Technic Axle Pin> is listed as DkGray in <set:8417>. I don't have the set near me, but I definitely think it had the regular gray ones. Can anyone verify that? - David FUT lugnet.db.inv (22 years ago, 18-Oct-02, to lugnet.db.inv, lugnet.technic)
