Cassandra stands in front of the crystal ball seated on an altar inside the Shrine of the Ancients. Vincent Gage and Jim Seifer are also standing on the altar, their gaze fixed on the swirling colors of the crystal. Cassandra begins to chant softly, (...)   Re: CBN broadcast Re: Castle World - The Gathering

(...) Exactly. I'm hoping more people will reply but hey, if they don't want "redemption" then that's their problem. ;-) I think that what's ahead of us is going to be the best part of CW yet. (...) Really? I thought #4 would be quite easy, I even (...) (23 years ago, 15-Aug-01, to lugnet.castle.org.cw)

Re: CBN broadcast Re: Castle World - The Gathering

(...) ya, me too... very cool. even though the gathering took place a month ago, it's still got a lot of that much valued "playability". so voices #1 and #2 are (relatively) easy to figure out and gives me a clue as to who #3 could be, but who the (...) (...) Mean, perhaps… Constructive, no… Funny, VERY!!! Fine, t’was a bit far. But his childish “I'm gonna shoot myself” routine was just transparent. P.S.   Re: The Wanderer, an online image-novella.

(...) You may not have liked Bryan's original post (neither did I: see (URL) ), but this comment was of a degree more despicable than anything he wrote. If you cannot be constructive in your criticism, I recommend keeping your peace. Alan (23 years ago, 15-Aug-01, to lugnet.castle.org.cw, lugnet.castle.ninja)

Re: The Wanderer, an online image-novella.

Why do you need to attack the individual? You said, “you suck” about the creator of the Wanderer! Can’t you differentiate between a ‘story’ and a ‘person’? Perhaps the story did suck, but that doesn’t entitle you to insult the creator. P.S. why (...) (23 years ago, 14-Aug-01, to lugnet.castle.org.cw, lugnet.castle.ninja)

Re: Castle World - The Gathering

Wow!... Great graphics, excellent story line and I can see a glimpse of the future here: A common goal, a common enemy... unity of all the kingdoms for victory; or defeat if they pursue egotistic interests. You guys did an excellent job. Way (...) (23 years ago, 14-Aug-01, to lugnet.castle.org.cw)

Re: The Wanderer, an online image-novella.

Bryan, Sensible comments. I'm not the writer of the story but I do have an opinion. Replies below: (...) This is an accepted method of storytelling. I'm sure there is even a term for it, but I don't know what it is. By bringing a reader/viewer into (...) (23 years ago, 14-Aug-01, to lugnet.castle.org.cw, lugnet.castle.ninja)

(...) Very well done. It's very difficult to show an event from that many perspectives without having the story fall apart, but you pulled it off nicely. And the opening pics, of the Gathering integrated with the coastline are *stunning*. James (23 years ago, 12-Aug-01, to lugnet.castle.org.cw)
