I was thinking of this figure.

Are you thinking of this one, Steve?

If you mean the forestman with the colored collar, that's an interesting
contrast to the figure I was thinking about. The plate mail (or if someone
has a better term for this figure's torso, please tell me) torso came
in 3 different colors, with the same color printing. The forestman with
the colored color came in only one torso color, but with paint in three
different colors (red, blue, and black). (Due to variation of color
printing, I could almost claim that it came in four different versions -
with red, brown, blue, and black paint. But I'm sure that the brown and
the red are just variations on the same pigment.)
Speaking of which, I wonder if the forest wench's torso comes
in three colors - red for pirate, green for forest wench, blue
for maiden? However, the torsos weren't identical - the
pirate babe has a wider waist (in terms of what's printed
on the figure). I guess all that grog isn't good for the waistline =)
and prevents this torso from being tied for tops in the "comes in
the most colors" category. Although it's so similar I'd want to
give it credit anyway. (The maiden's torso:)
