Looks pretty good, Anthony. Good idea to use the boat ladders. Here is some
constructive critisim, which you can hopefully use to improove the design:

With friendly greetings, M. Moolhuysen.

Once again Manfred, you inspire and urge me to improve myself.  You helped me
change my Village of Dahyart for the better, and now I hope you've helped me do
the same for my Post mill.

I hope that I've not over complicated the mill in such a way that I hurt it's
aesthetics.  Please be brutally honest.

The full gallery can be found here:

Here's a shot of the new mill.  You can see that I've added the skirt on the
front of the mill.  You can also see that I've replaced the large side windows
with portholes.  I did not have any 1x2 technic bricks in tan, but I did have
the 1x2 bricks with axle holes, which actually kinda matches the 'plus' shapped
portholes in the mill in the pictures Manfred linked to.

Here you can see I've added a door to my mill (go figure, right?)  I've also
added an upper level access door and a winch (sorry about the darkness of the
first pictures).  I added in the rounded 1x2 'wood' bricks to better give the
impression of it being made of wood, but I may replace them with normal bricks
later on.

This shot shows the upper level door is open, allowing the Miller inside to
hoist up the unprocessed grain to the second floor.

And with the back wall of the mill removed, you can see the Miller, pulling in
the sack to be processed, along with the winch.

Other improvements of note:

I've reenforced the ladder, so it doesn't come off easy.
I've lengthened the anchor.
I've renforced the anchor's anchor to the bottom of the mill.
I tried adding a ledge to the back wall as real Mills had, but it didnt look
right, so I scrapped it.
I streamlined the post support at the bottom, it looks more like two large beams
(or cluster of beams) crossed together.

I hope that I've been successful in improving my Mill.  After all, you can
overdo these things.
