I've take pictures of the Minifigs from the Harry Potter sets we have here,
and they have been posted to brickshelf here:

We do not yet have the Hogwarts Castle, So we are missing those figs. Most
are the same as in other sets though.

So...after all of the discussions, the Hagrid figure turns out to be a standard minifig head on a custom creatorfig body...the hair/beard is one piece, but made in such a way as to make it useless on anything BUT the Hagrid body...hmmm...along (...) | AARRGG! Why is Dumbldore puke purple instead of imperial violet (like the Grimace McDonald's Happy Meal set) An imperial violet mini-fig was the thing I was looking forward to the most. Granted all of the other figs are way cooler than I was (...) (23 years ago, 21-Sep-01, to lugnet.harrypotter)
