Consult the Help of Povray, entry "animation". I'm working on the opposite
subject: the camera is fixed, but the model is moving. Looks quite pretty
when minifigures are marching to the sound of "stars and stripes for ever".
Unfortunately the file is to large to show you.
Consider using macros (see povray-help again) to manage complex scenes.
