What program are you rendering this with? POV-Ray, I presume? How are you doing the HDRI with POV?

Hi again, I received the file and will try to use it with my next picture. I will let you know if it works for me. I have explained some things about hdri and povray here:

http://news.lugnet.com/cad/ray/?n=2180

If you have any further questions, feel free to ask. If I can help I will do so. I did not find any other raytracer than povray yet that brings out the lines between two bricks. I think it is not the problem that only povray can do so. But there are no good working export programs for any other raytracers. I’ve tried this ldr2lws but it has too many bugs. All color information and transparency information get lost. You have to figure out every single stone with all materials and surfaces. If you have created a .lws file you can simply use it with other render programs like C4D. But as always, no lines between bricks. In the end I stopped these activities.

Greetings

Sven
