Hi, after having read this newsgroup for some time, I've finally decided to come out with my small set of renderings. I have part of a model that I want to show by using the difference statement. I'm using a box to cut away part of the model. The pov file was created with l3p and the -lgeo option. Hi all, finally I have moved, nearly all thing have been done, except de-dusting my LEGO-models and placing them all around our new home. (...) Well, the gear *would* mesh properly with another identical gear, just not with an actual LEGO gear. (...) Modern 24T Technic gears don't have those 45 degree slots anymore, but yeah thanks for pointing out the misalignment on the teeth. I hate to be picky, but the teeth aren't quite right. They should be involute profiles. Then they'll actually mesh with other gears : ) (23 years ago, 31-Mar-01, to lugnet.cad.ray)
