I have done quite a bit of this type of thing, but it has been awhile. I
could not tell anything from your pictures. Can you maybe render them a
little larger?
and perhaps give us an example of what your difference statement looks like.

| Sorry about the image size. I've uploaded two larger images with a different view point. I've also included an image of the full model. The difference statement is as follows: difference{ object { Scimitr2_dot_dat } box { <40,-43,-360>,<350,85,280> (...) (23 years ago, 7-Apr-01, to lugnet.cad.ray)
