Make sure that dll is in the same directory where MLcad is located! Otherwice it will fail! Just in case start MLCad directly by clicking on it. I use this color number: 0x0000017F,it makes more of a chrome than silver when rendered, but it showes as silver in MLCad.Jay Cal used it first and I got it from one of his .dats that I requested from him. it was this car, You can see how the color (...) (...) One more part-finding suggestion: if you're online, use Partsref or Peeron.com. (URL) gives you a list of all the Partsref categories, and a search function. (...) Heh heh. This topic deserves a FAQ all to itself, I think. Anyway, if you see a four or five digit number embossed on the part, that should be the number. (...) You are right. That is absolutely what it did. I went through my sub models one by one to: - Create a comment line telling me where each submodel started - Opened both the master file and the submodel file in Notepad - Copied the submodel (...) (23 years ago, 11-Jun-01, to lugnet.cad.mlcad)

Thanks for the help the minifigs guys. As for part numbers, here the story: A while back I was looking for a part to go in a technic model I was building. After looking up the number at Technica, I serched lugnet.cad.parts to find the particular (...) (23 years ago, 10-Jun-01, to lugnet.cad, lugnet.cad.mlcad)

I have a couple of questions: 1.) What's the easiest way to put minifigs in your scene? Construction from scratch is a pain and I don't know how to modify the shorcuts in MLCad. 2.)
