Jusr read the Wine documentation, it appears having people use the
./tools/wineinstall script in the wine source directory is the recommended
way to install Wine, instead of my description.

Required: - Working Linux system with X11+windowmanager installed (I use KDE only, but any windowmanager should work) Also check (URL) for other requirements wine itself has (gcc etc etc) I chose to work with the Wine source (...) (22 years ago, 26-Apr-03, to lugnet.cad.mlcad)
