Re: "Part Unknown!" warning, what does it mean

(...) Hi James, Don't worry. "Part Unknown" in MLCad only means the part is not in the ldraw/parts directory. So even official draw primitives are "Part Unknown" because they are in ldraw/p directory. Otherwise primitives display correctly and no (...) (22 years ago, 18-Sep-02, to lugnet.cad.mlcad)

"Part Unknown!" warning, what does it mean

I have not delved much into the inner workings of parts, but I'm using Thomas Burger's x814 6x6 "bubble" windscreen in a model. I took his file and included it in my MPD as another part. When I view the part (or open the x814.dat file by itself), (...) (22 years ago, 18-Sep-02, to lugnet.cad.mlcad)

Re: A few question about editing in MLCad

(...) You are going to have to do several LDraw files to show this. This will be a sub-assembly of a complex part. Look at examples that LEGO has done for their BIs.   Missing a few parts

Hello, As I started to make the building instruction for the 8461 - Williams F1 Team Racer set, I first got a problem by editing some parts (bendt ribbed hoses), now that is solved by some utility from "Orion Pobursky" (Thanx). And Orion has even (...) (22 years ago, 14-Sep-02, to lugnet.cad.mlcad)

A few question about editing in MLCad

Hello, I'm having a little trouble too do some editing in MLCAD (v2.12). Question 1: How too make a bend on a hose, part 79.dat (Technic Ribbed Hose) or 78.dat (complete 120LDU long)? With 79.dat I can put piece by piece and just rotate each new (...) (22 years ago, 14-Sep-02, to lugnet.cad.mlcad)

Rotating and Aligning Elements in MLCad

Hey Y'all: I know this is answered elsewhere, but it's a hassle to look for. As great as MLCad is (for me it is "THEE" CAD tool for LDraw action), the documentation is just not there in some ways. Recently I had cause to mess with an angled element (...) (22 years ago, 12-Sep-02, to lugnet.cad.mlcad)

Re: Weird Logo Issue at L3P Quality Level 3
