I disagree.
That's not the intent. The license that is contemplated to be in effect does
not let you as the author prevent people from submitting revisions to parts
that you originally authored, I don't believe.
That's a good thing, as it allows the community some control. Lobby the
reviewers if you must, or make your case clearly, and the parts review
process will do the right thing.
Author parts for love, not because you want to have ultimate control over
their fate for ever and ever.
IMHO anyway.
