One thing that I just thought of as I was making a set is that we also ought to have a submodel for hoses, just like we do for minifigs, that way all those hose sections are in their own file. I even tried moving the temporary internet files folder to one without spaces (you can move it in options), but it moved it to my folder and (...) Here are some steps to get it working. Be advised that MSIE might use a temporary directory or file name which breaks version 1.6. 1) Run LDLite, set the LDRAW path and verify that it can display .dat files. 2) Left-click on "My Computer" and select (...) 'Official' "alternate" models are the models that can be made using the pieces supplied in the set, and instructions are given in the instruction manual that comes with the set. this would include Technic sets and Technic (...) (...) Like I mentioned in my reply to Tim, giving the .dat the same name as the .mpd gives even more consistency. The .mpd is named xxxxa-yy.mpd so if we name the .dat the same way, it has all the basic information(#, modifier, year) and the user (...) (25 years ago, 17-Jan-00, to lugnet.cad.dev.org.ldraw)
