Thanks to permission from Don and Robyn Jessiman, ldraw.org is now the host for James Jessiman' Home Page. Shorthand for "throwing cold water on X" where X could be any number of things... such as "ideas", "dogs in lust", etc. You often hear it as "I don't want to throw cold water on your idea, but..." followed by some reason why the speaker thinks (...) Terry & all - Good thoughts. There should possibly be a limit for how many times a model can be entered period as well.
