Re: New guidelines on parts and numbers (long)

(...) Good one. :-) <snipped the rest of the relevant text> Steve's outline appears accurate to me. I _really_ , *REALLY* hope everyone will think this through and see the benefits it brings. And not argue against it from a strictly knee-jerk (...) (26 years ago, 1-Apr-99, to lugnet.cad.dev)

  Re: ldraw part update?

  Re: ldraw.org

(...) It is a work in progress, but a couple things need to happen first. I still need to iron out kinks in the Lego Maniac's Webring site and make it public before starting work on the new ldraw.org site. Also, I want to take my time on this and (...)   Re: LDlite "Black" not really Black...

I don't know what color "Picayune" is, but try using "3". (*) I'll add to the wishlist a desire for more colors on the drop down menus.   Re: vote 9902

I am truly sorry that we are going through this problem. But LDraw is a dual purpose program. The original purpose, and one that is still valid, useful, and needed, is that of a parts reference. A parts reference that depends on using TLG part (...) (26 years ago, 26-Mar-99, to lugnet.cad.dev)

  New Touch Sensor

I was looking at the new parts for LDraw and was pleased to see that the '879 Touch Sensor' was not called 'MindStorms Touch Sensor' as it might have been, since the '8482 CyberMaster' also includes tree of these. For those who don't know, the (...) (26 years ago, 26-Mar-99, to lugnet.cad.dev)
