  .datFest Update

Greetings Just thought I'd give a little update on 'progress' on .datFest. In reality, there hasn't been any. The last place I talked to for sponsorship/hosting was the Boston Museum of Science.   Re: Recursive MPD files (WAS: Re: Lich (Undead Wizard))

(...) I don't think this can be fixed (although any serious syntax-check-type utility should catch it). So any program which processes LDraw files must check the reference-chain for recursive calls. I think it hasn't been an issue because most (...) (25 years ago, 13-Mar-00, to lugnet.cad.dev)

  LDraw DAT format standard questions

Hey all... Just a couple questions on the .dat file format: Is there an official document somewhere which outlines the specifics of the .dat format for people as a reference?   what is legos official view of ldraw?

What is the official view of lego on the ldraw rendering program and parts library? Does TLG have anything to say about the library? Is there anything that TLG would like us not to make and put into the library (e.g. some of the "star wars (...) (24 years ago, 19-Apr-00, to lugnet.cad.dev)
