The above example parallel directory structure is just an example. I see that
there are many possible alternate solutions...
POV directory as sigbling of LDRAW subdirectory, where the POV directory has
PARTS, PARTS/S and P subdirectories. Or same directory structure, except POV is
subdirectory of LDRAW. I guess we need to decide if the pov libararies are
inside the LDRAW directory or outside. If inside then we need to decide how it
is done. If outside it is not under our control.
