Therefore IMHO the solution is to put all pieces of a curved hose into
a new part (or an MPD subfile).
Then the complete hose will be shrunk as a whole when referenced from
the model, just like the other parts referenced from the model.

I agree, I did that with the hoses on my loco

Whenever a (sub-)part is referenced from another part, it is (...) (22 years ago, 27-Aug-02, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts, lugnet.cad.dev)
