  Re: Stickers in LDraw?

  Stickers in LDraw?

Have we come up with a viable way to represent decals/labels/stickers on parts? And what's the minimum thickness a part can have? Could we make a "label" piece that's 80LDU's wide by 24LDU's tall by, say, .25 LDU's thick? Thanks in advance! Dave! (22 years ago, 17-May-02, to lugnet.cad.dev)

Re: The use of type 5 lines for smoothing of objects.

Re: The use of type 5 lines for smoothing of objects.

You were right about the strange reflections. By accident I had put my light source behind the scene and had the facing flipped. Now I have put a directional light straight at the scene with 'non viewer dependant' specular highlighting. This looks (...) (22 years ago, 16-May-02, to lugnet.cad.dev)

I will write an aniactions 'guide' or something for the release of Beta 2 because you are right it a bit vague. But for the inc, in short: increases the coordinates with the given value over 'speed' ms for a period of 'timespan'. You can use spinup (...)   Creating Patterned Parts

Now that my first part has been certified I'm going to continue on my quest to get all the part for the UCS Tie Fighter created.   [Parts Tracker] Feature Request

Hello Steve, I have two requests: 1.) Can you please put the (URL) link into the tools section? 2.) What I'm missing too is an inversion of the upper tool...   Re: The use of type 5 lines for smoothing of objects.

You can move forword , backward and go left and right using the arrow keys. The rotation has to be fixed. It now rotates about the x- and the y-axis of the object instead of the screen axis (got to do some math to fix that). In the hollow places (...) (22 years ago, 13-May-02, to lugnet.cad.dev)
