There won't be any more part updates as they were done previously, the
basic idea is to be able to run a program that will check for new parts
and download them automatically and have the complete.exe package
updated at a fixed time interval.
This was discussed in the LDraw.org meeting, just give people some
time to deal with work and other real life issues and we'll post a more
complete description of how the system is going to work.
