parts tracker, where did it go?

this link seems to be broken: (URL) shown on the lugnet.cad.parts page: (URL) ) Didn't the parts tracker move to here: (URL) one is what the ldraw.org site links to. I wanted to see if some parts were being worked. ++Lar (24 years ago, 16-Jul-00, to lugnet.cad.dev, lugnet.admin.general)

Re: question on naming - pirate guns vs. modern guns

(...) [sigh]... You've got a point. "modern" w/ respect to History != "modern" in mundane usage (...) Sorry, but once again, this opens up confusion. Which one of these is the pirate pistol? Which one is the pirate long-gun? (You see, not all (...) (24 years ago, 16-Jul-00, to lugnet.cad.dev)

Re: question on naming - pirate guns vs. modern guns

(...) Just as a casual LDraw user, I appreciate the effort to disambiguate the names by including "Archaic" vs. "Modern," but then again it wouldn't be obvious to me what "Archaic" meant and what "Modern" meant. If "Modern" applied to the Wild West (...) (24 years ago, 16-Jul-00, to lugnet.cad.dev)

  A little program I wrote

I was looking through some old programs I've written or was working on and I came across my dat converter, basically it let you just copy the entire message from a newsgroup posting of the dat file and then it would either strip away all the (...) (24 years ago, 16-Jul-00, to lugnet.cad.dev)

Re: Planes & Requirements for a generic download-tool

  Re: eliminating polygons?

(...) Thanks! I guess I'll have to get pretty involved in the in-to's and out's of part- making. I'm kind of lazy. I thought there might be an easy way of doing it. Anyway, I shouldn't infringe on the LDraw organization, since they're their parts, (...) (24 years ago, 15-Jul-00, to lugnet.cad.dev)

Re: Planes & Requirements for a generic download-tool

Re: Planes & Requirements for a generic download-tool

Yes I know, with Win32 it's easy no matter if it's http or ftp, but is it also under Unix? I would like to keep the source as portable as possible. In general it doesn't depend on the protocol, but getting directory listings from ftp servers is (...) (24 years ago, 14-Jul-00, to lugnet.cad.dev)

  Re: Part Command (1)

Ok unless my new parsing-routine is ready I will replace the spaces by underlines as a work-arround since I found out the real problem is the space in the file-name.   Re: Planes & Requirements for a generic download-tool

Re: Can LDAO do this? (was: anyone interested in rendering for me?)

(...) Yes, this should be perfectly appropriate. Perl would be a good tool to do this. Of course, it makes more sense to do this conversion in L3P to start with... If we can persuade Lars to do it!   Planes & Requirements for a generic download-tool

Hy, after exchanging some mails with Tim Courtney, I'm planing to write a generic download-utility for LDraw/LEdit stuff. The basic idea behind is to have a utility which can be used to download a specific program and/or the part libraries. Also an (...) (24 years ago, 13-Jul-00, to lugnet.cad.dev)
