(...) I was referring to that long list of pieces. Not any one particular piece. But if the piece has some complex curves in it, there is a good chance it will need type 5 lines to do it properly. For an example off the top of my head, see part (...) (26 years ago, 28-Feb-99, to lugnet.cad.dev)

Re: parts i plan to do

(...) Good advice, Chris. I would like to also point out that many of the parts in that list have complex shapes that would require type 5 optional lines to have them look good. So Jonathan, you really need to have a good understanding of type 5 (...) (26 years ago, 28-Feb-99, to lugnet.cad.dev)

An impressive list - good luck. As I think you know (but for other's info) the Wizard's hat is done (see Tracked Parts Page) and will be in the next voting.   Re: part: panel 1 x 2 x 1 with black grille pattern

Good work on this one, but I might suggest using quads instead of rect.dat for the black lines (does James' pattern use these?). Black rect.dat's have dark grey edge lines around them, and I don't thik there is any dark grey on this pattern. Here's (...) (26 years ago, 27-Feb-99, to lugnet.cad.dev)
