(...) Yes to both questions. If you are unsure about the centre of the part you are currently working on, you can temporarily switch to a different part, move it around, set the centre, and LEdit will remember this 'till the next time you reset the (...) (25 years ago, 26-Nov-99, to lugnet.cad.dev)

That was a trick answer. I don't know how and I am hoping someone will say how. I think MLCad takes the center of the grouping bounding rectangle. It certainly doesn't seem to be based on the origin. I had a submodel that I made sure had its 0,0,0 (...) (25 years ago, 26-Nov-99, to lugnet.cad.dev)

I am pretty purist myself and can't see using clones or modeling with them (except in trains if some clone comes along and delivers what most trainheads want at acceptable quality levels), but I repeat my thesis: Why be exclusionary?
