Because I'm lazy? Unfortunately SourceForge has too many features for
me to remember how to use them all. I went through their official
release building process once at version 0.9.1 and promptly forgot
how to do it. Now I wish I'd never done it because it's so much easier
for me to manage releases on the ldglite homepage, but I have no idea how
to remove the old official release.
I'm afraid to delete the geocities site because I feel safer with a
mirror site. I suppose I should try a little harder to keep it up to
date though. Is there an easy way for a web page to determine where
it's served from and automatically add some text stating that it's
really just a mirror site?

Yeah, sometimes it's tricky to navigate through all the SourceForge
pages and find what you want. The "Browse CVS" link is usually at
the bottom of the project page.
I think to effectivly manage a SourceForge project you really need
more than one person. Otherwise you just end up utilizing a subset
of the features. So if anyone wants to help, let me know.
