I would like the image of the part scaled to take up the entire area of the
image. I have the image size set to 640x480. If the part is too big to
fit, i'd like it scaled down. If the part is too small, i'd like it scaled
up so that it takes up as much of the image as possible.

MLCAD does the scaling exactly like I want it to. It is not, however,
sciptable that I know of. So I am stuck making the images by hand. This
takes me FOREVER to do, as I make all the parts that I sell in a number of
different colors.
I'm looking for something that will do the scaling like MLCAD does, but that
will generate images for ALL the parts in ALL the colors AUTOMATICALLY.
And if someone wants to get fancy, options of doing just selected parts or
selected colors would be of use too.
