Re: LPub question: how to change angle of view for instructions

In lugnet.cad, Allan Bedford wrote: <snip> (...) Yes, and LPub obviously. A rotation step is like a step, but it also rotates the model about the origin, which has the same effect as changing the camera view angle. Rotation steps are wonderful, (...)   Re: LPub question: how to change angle of view for instructions

(...) Hi Kevin, I'm not very familiar with MLCAD, I use LeoCAD as my main modelling tool. Is the term 'rotation step' something specific to MLCAD? Regardless, I decided to work on this problem again the other night. I opened the original file for (...) (21 years ago, 2-Aug-03, to lugnet.cad, lugnet.inst)

Re: Question about LDraw 2003-02 Update Part List not showing parts

(...) Hmm, I just installed the new update and didn't encounter your problem. Just as a stupid check, try running scan parts from MLCad again. If that doesn't work try recreating the parts.lst file by using MKList. If the problem still exists, post (...) (21 years ago, 2-Aug-03, to lugnet.cad)

Re: A couple of questions about LPub

Hi Joel, Life nhas gotten in the way of LEGO. This is a bug in LPub 2.2 from when I added callout images. I've got a fixed version on my computer, I hope to upload a new version of LPub in a few days. Kevin (...) (21 years ago, 2-Aug-03, to lugnet.cad)

Re: LPub question: how to change angle of view for instructions

(...) Hi Allen, MLCAD rotation steps are what define the camera angle for building instructions. That way you can reorient the camera at *any* time. I prefer relative rotation steps, but absolutes work as well. (...) Kevin (21 years ago, 2-Aug-03, to lugnet.cad, lugnet.inst)
