(...) There's a problem with this. In LDraw-world, "Ring X" is shorthand for "a ring with inner radius = X and outer radius = (X+1)". Your ring has IR=1/3 and OR=1, right? Hi, I'm modelling the following part: (URL) "Door 1 x 4 x 6 Frame", but this part has a different kind of stud: (URL) I didn't find this stud in the primitives directory, so, I start modelling it. Also, I didn't find a ring compatible with the (...) (23 years ago, 18-Mar-02, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts.primitives)

I have another problem with this part, beside the strange rotation angle: The hollow studs at the upper rim should stick out, just as much as normal studs, but they don't. Or is it just me ..? (23 years ago, 18-Mar-02, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

(...) You can do this with existing tools, here are a couple of ways. They're manual, but not as bad as doing it by hand.... 1. Open the file in Excel (or some other spreadsheet). Use formula cells to calculate the new component values. Replace the (...) (23 years ago, 18-Mar-02, to lugnet.cad.dev)

Why does Ldraw have a P and Parts directory? Furthermore why does the P have a 48 sub-directory and the Parts have a S sub-directory? I'm just curious as to the need for all these directories and sub-directories? What happens find I just lump all (...) (23 years ago, 18-Mar-02, to lugnet.cad)
