  32104 - Electric Mindstorms Scout Module  [DAT]
 
I couldn't seem to find the Scout anywhere, so I tried it myself. This was derived from the RCX (883) part. Please take a look and let me know what you think. [FUT lugnet.cad] The LDraw.org parts update 2001-01 is now available! This is a landmark release, because it's the first one being handled almost completely by the new Parts Tracker system. There are than 117 files in this release, including over 20 (...) (23 years ago, 26-Oct-01, to lugnet.announce, lugnet.cad, lugnet.cad.dev) !!

If you look at it from the bottom you can see that the T-surface is divided into two by an edge-line (Zoom 3000%): (URL) always hidden surface is seen here: (URL) the subpart is made out of quads (and not boxes) you can split the long surface into (...) I'm guessing POVray. But if you want to see some really nice renders (imho) check out (URL) think he uses 3d Studio Max with the Brazil renderer. The only problem with using Max is that you have to convert the models from .dat to .dxf, and then (...) (23 years ago, 26-Oct-01, to lugnet.cad.ray)
