  New program for Macs: BrickDraw3D

Mac users wishing for LDRAW, your day is nearing! I've started to post daily builds of my program, BrickDraw3D. See (URL) short, the goals for this program are everything you've been dreaming of but couldn't get on a Mac. Well, at least as far as (...) (24 years ago, 28-Sep-00, to lugnet.cad.dev) !

Re: personalized arragement of part library

(...) Is that a Norwegian catchphrase ? (...) Aha, the reason I could not find it, was that the option "View Catalog" gives me a "Run time error 9 - Subscribt out of range", and it doesn't come up. Now that I've got you by your tail anyhow, any idea (...) (24 years ago, 28-Sep-00, to lugnet.cad)

  Re: tubing  [DAT]

(...) I think the "can't move in the long direction" problem would be solved if you put the modified command line in a separate dat file, then used that new file like a part. For example (and only slightly in a different direction, style-wise), you (...) (24 years ago, 28-Sep-00, to lugnet.cad.dev)

  Re: Does this part exist?

(...) LDList is Anders Isaakson's program to search the LDraw parts. It's very handy and lightweight. I don't have a link handy, but if you search (URL), you should dig one up. Steve (24 years ago, 28-Sep-00, to lugnet.cad.dev, lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

Re: personalized arragement of part library

(...) I think I smell a troll. :) There are at least two ways to do this: 1. LDAO's Visual Element Catalog (VEC) will let you create any number of part-categories, and you can move parts into the category you want by simple drag-n-drop. Drawbacks: (...) (24 years ago, 28-Sep-00, to lugnet.cad)

  LDraw.exe

Okay, I'v been a user of "LDraw" for several months now, and yet I haven't figured out how to run LDraw.exe. All I get is the DOS window saying, "your pop-up program is ready to run.
