Hy, the Lego community is becomming more and more present in the actual magazines now. Finaly there is a german computer magazine called CT which comes with a Shareware/Freeware CD this month. Included on this CD are BlockCAD and MLCad. Just wanted (...) (24 years ago, 7-Jul-00, to lugnet.cad)

I thought about making use of the category statement in MLCad. This would have allowed to group the parts by category rather than by name or something else .... ... but I did a quick check on the parts and found out that only arround 5% of the parts (...) (24 years ago, 7-Jul-00, to lugnet.cad.dev)

(...) the (...) The blue track doesn't have a part number on it. It does have numbers on them but those seem not related to the part itself (for example I have a blue straight piece with the numbers 10-09 and another with 13-06). -Frank (24 years ago, 7-Jul-00, to lugnet.cad)

Color 256 for Black Rubber was suggested by John VanZwieten one year ago, see eg. (URL) haven't received any suggestions for the POV setting for rubber, so I just turned off reflection. I announced the special treatment of color 256 three weeks ago: (...) (24 years ago, 7-Jul-00, to lugnet.cad.dev)

I noticed that the m6596a.dat file which comes with the new version of L3Lab uses color 256 (black + black) for the tires. These apparently display in L3Lab with a black edge color. In addition, Lars' renderings of this model on his L3P page appear (...) (24 years ago, 7-Jul-00, to lugnet.cad.dev)
