Hmm.  Read the LDraw FAQ, at <http://www.ldraw.org/faq>.  Especially
question #24, apparently (I'm looking at a posting of mine from January).

anything other than *development* of a parts-authoring resource.  Liar.
That page is a reasonable jumping-off point for authoring info, and should
be made permanent/public.  Clean-up be darned!
