(...) related. Quite a coincident! Your function takes two (or more) 4-4edge primitives and connects them with quads, to create a "pipe" like object. My function takes two arbitrary connected curves made up of type-2 lines and fills in the space (...) (25 years ago, 2-Apr-00, to lugnet.cad.dev)

(...) What kind of texture did you use for the chrome pieces, BTW? In my opinion, it has a tad bit too much reflection. I can't see that the parts are silver, I only see the reflection of the environment in them. Also, did you try to add a (low key) (...) (...) I have made a function in LDraw-mode which does this. In your example, you would put the cursor on the first type-2 line in the first edge, set the mark (C-SPC) move down to the first type-2 line in the second curve and hit C-c C-f. Voila. The (...) Sorry, my original post didn't have correct positioning of the parts. This one has the pieces pushed in all the way. I like this mount because when the wheel are folded under, they fit inside the wheel well because the pivot point is high and close (...) (25 years ago, 2-Apr-00, to lugnet.cad.dat.ideas)
