  Re: stl2dat conversion tool beta2

(...) Ok, my cad program can do that, but I have to mess with it because the options to tesselate a surface are somewhat complex, at least if you want to be able to have some control on the number of polys generated. Does STL allow only for (...) (25 years ago, 11-Feb-00, to lugnet.cad.dev)

  Re: Line of error

(...) If a line doesn't have enough orientation numbers, LDraw will usually choke when it tries to treat the filename as a number. One important thing about LDraw and linebreaks: once it's read enough data to complete a command, LDraw ignores (...) (25 years ago, 11-Feb-00, to lugnet.cad.mlcad)

  Re: Organizing the LDraw CD-ROM

(...) Right. I *think* you should be able to design it and save it, then send the saved file to me, and let me compile it into the distributable executable.   Re: Problems with 3298.dat?

[x-post and FUT lugnet.cad.mlcad] (...) I believe this is a bug in the new MLCAD. There are several instances of surfaces missing a triangle in 3298.dat, and I quickly noticed several other parts with the same problem. Steve (25 years ago, 11-Feb-00, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)
