The one bit I’m not entirely happy with is the way it requires clear bricks as a support to stay on its wheels ...

Planes are made to fly, no need for them to stay on their wheels...hang it with a string.

Hehehehe I like this thinking.

In response to those suggesting the weight brick: I tried a couple of motors but they weren’t heavy enough to keep it nose heavy.I don’t have a weight brick but I suspect it would put too much strain on the landing gear were I to add enough weight(s) to rebalance it. I think that the clear bricks are probably the best purist solution unfortunately
