I apologize for the really lousy pictures. I was experimenting with a camera setting that obviously didn't work. <link=(URL) This is my second original mech. Sorry for the delay in posting this here - I did have the winners posted at my site on the 8th as promised. The turnout was exceptional - 35 entries were received by the deadline (not counting my sample Mech) and things were turned over to a panel (...)   Bogey & Bacall Mosaics
 
(2 URLs) My students just completed two medium-size LEGO mosaics (which saved me a lot of thumb-pain). Both will be displayed at a LEGO event at UNLV next month.   My Bike mecha trouble!!
 
I've started building my bike mecha but I'm finding it very hard because I cart remember how the Megazome 23 bikes transforms. Hi Ken. I am really diggin the collapsible leg design. Very clever. I think it would be possible for you to rework the hands so you could have possible fingers. Interesting... On one hand, its well-built, and the design elements closely match the intended model. The torso is off, but that can easily be fixed. if the legs and arms were extended slightly, this would be absolutely amazing! On the other hand, (...) That is really impressive Jas. I'm just amazed at how creating you guys can be with this SNOT concept. Is this one articulated? How posable is it? Thanks for the comments guys. Yes, the legs do scizzor. When in the squatting position the legs are in their full collapsed position and the mech more or less rests on the upper ankle joint. Hi Ken, thanks for sharing! I got to agree with Jas, for a first mech, this isn't bad. I'm looking at the supports in the legs and it looks like if you pivot something around that is what makes the legs change position. Am I right? I like how the (...) Quite striking. The new gun is superb, and skirt armor definitely helps, although I think it sits a couple studs too high. It is nicely done - great proportion and articulation. I have to comment on the beam saber, assuming you are trying to match the original design: The beam part should be trans-red or trans-orange, and the saber hilt should be the white pieces (...) This is a fish that I was working on yesterday. Just to re-iterate what is already on BS and MOCPages, the only reason I called it an "alien" fish is because it has an odd, thruster-like attachment on its tail. Nice. This Zaku has a clean look to it. For me, a real selling point is that it doesn't utilize alot of unique (or expensive) elements.
