  Re: Itsy Bitsy Spider...

(...) Thanks Lenny, I hear you. The legs kind of bug me because of the holes, but the shape more than makes up for it. I went to cover and build on the legs but then I lost the slenderness and "spideryness" (word?) of them. Once I started to build (...) (21 years ago, 8-Mar-04, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

  Re: Itsy Bitsy Spider...

Thanks for the commments. (...) Hmmm, perhaps not. But remember, in the Cockpit of a MWP, no one can hear you scream.... "Where are the signals coming from?!?! They're everywhere man! I can't get a lock... aaahahggggg...**static**" mwhahahahahah! (...) (21 years ago, 8-Mar-04, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

Re: Parable of the Harsh Master

This is actually one of the most famous stories of the new testament, I have read it in a number of translations, each seems to emphasize a different part of this story just like it was done here, as always with the bible there are a number of ways (...) -snip- (...) -snip- Mark, The body of this is very cool - I always love seeing something that looks like a real animal, but is actually a robot-mech - especially how you did the cockpit - it is very nice. The body of the spider itself is also very (...) (21 years ago, 8-Mar-04, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

  Re: Itsy Bitsy Spider...

(...) Absolutely delightful old chap! :-) Heh, Mark, that's an awesome "spider" mech. The guns up front are classic Neumann. I also like the colour scheme you chose, and the Technic leg construction that you employed. The spinner works too, 'cause (...) (21 years ago, 8-Mar-04, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

  Re: Brickcreations.com is now online!

(...) What? No more making special orders for bricks that have never been produced for sale? Bummer. Well, I guess it doesn't matter much to you anymore, but that's got to be a serious disappointment for the three new MBs. (21 years ago, 8-Mar-04, to lugnet.build)

  Re: Brickcreations.com is now online!

(...) I don't know if frustrating would be the right word, I would say challenging..... To build with the model shop supply of bricks is a dream, almost unlimited suppy of parts, in a great array of colors. But since you can't take them home at the (...) (21 years ago, 8-Mar-04, to lugnet.build)

(...) I'd say rather that the king-maker would probably be a priest or other religious figure. For instance there is the example of Samuel the prophet being led by God to annoint David as the king. The hat would work great in either case anyway. (...) (21 years ago, 7-Mar-04, to lugnet.build.ancient)

  Itsy Bitsy Spider...

Time for some new stuff. A mech along the same ilk as the Black Eagle. Make it look as real as possible and then make it a mech.   What set is this piece in?

(URL) I picked this up in a grab bag at the LEGO store in Orlando. Peeron doesn't have this piece listed. The number on the part is 45405. -Orion (21 years ago, 7-Mar-04, to lugnet.build, lugnet.castle, lugnet.town, FTX)
